Fall '08 General Council The RSA General council meets regularly every Monday at 8:00pm in the MPR. The meetings are chaired by the President. The General Council is responsible for voting on all business of the Resident Student Association. Each General Council Delegate serves in one of three committees.If you would like to serve on the General Council, please email the the Vice-President.
