About RSA The Resident Student Association (RSA) is the student government of the California State University, Fullerton Residence Halls. RSA plans community and campus wide events, hold weekly officer and general council meetings, and voices resident student concerns to the greater campus. RSA Committees Fundraising: Established to enhance the monetary function and operation of the resident student association. chair: Kyle Rush. Members: Olivia Mintah, Kacie Yoshida, Madalyn Feld, Myrella Morales, Matt Leboof, Katelin Pais. Promotions: Established to raise spirits for the Residence halls, recognizing achievements of rsa members and delegates, promotes rsa and athletic events, and also spreads the word of rsa on campus. Chair: Kerry Kyllback. Members: Jared Roznowski, Sabrina Graham, Alysa Choquette, Serena Whitecotton, Valissa Thomas, Caitie Jackson. Event planning: Established to plan and execute all rsa events, activies, and inter-community services within the residence halls. Chair: annora borden. members: andrew martinez, brielle harrison, katelyn atkins, catrina monroy, vincent mutia, ashley conlon.
